Developer planning 27-story, luxury apartment building in downtown Boise

BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — A developer is planning in 2022 to start building a 27-story, luxury apartment building in downtown Boise.

Oppenheimer Development Corporation tells CBS2 it will work with a Chicago-based developer, White Oak Realty Partners, to build the apartments at the intersection of 12th and Idaho Streets.

The development is planned to include luxury residential units, ground floor retail, covered public parking, a six-story parking garage, and rooftop outdoor green space. Oppenheimer says there will also be some affordable housing included within the project.

The building design is inspired by the Sawtooth Mountain Range.
